Work on Outgoing Feeds for PlanetSVG

February 5, 2009 - 2:21pm by Jeff

I've started administrative work on PlanetSVG to get some outgoing feeds configured. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the following list _should_ be the final feed URLs (so you can start adding them to your feed reader). NOTE: These feeds are not yet discoverable in the HTML (Rob is going to help me with that):

News Feed: http://www.planetsvg.com/news/feed.xml
Forum Topic Feed: http://www.planetsvg.com/forum/feed.xml

I'll add more to this topic as I generate them. Note that the main page also gives a feed (http://www.planetsvg.com/rss.xml) which is generated automatically and apears to be a feed of posted content (articles, blog posts). I'll be working with Rob to sort that one out too.

#1 Per-Forum feed

Submitted by Jeff on February 5, 2009 - 3:49pm.

I also just noticed that the Forum module has a feed per forum already existing, so there are two more feeds:

http://www.planetsvg.com/forums/general/feed
http://www.planetsvg.com/forums/best-practices/feed

I don't think we need a Blog-only feed or an Story-only feed, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

#2 Full Site Comment Feed
