2009-05-13: W3C will again this year sponsor SVG Open 2009, the 7th international conference on Scalable Vector Graphics, hosted by Google in Mountain View, California on 2-4 October 2009. SVG Open provides an opportunity for designers, developers and implementers to share ideas, experiences, products and strategies. Members of the W3C SVG Working Group will be attending and presenting at the conference, which will include a Working Group panel session on future SVG developments. A day of workshops will also be scheduled adjacent to the main conference.
